Preliminary terms for the Rental platform.

Service
Rental is a rental-management platform developed by MOLS. This document is a preliminary draft and must undergo legal review before commercial launch.
Accounts and access
Companies are responsible for accurate account information, authorized users and safeguarding credentials. Authentication uses Supabase Auth and email verification.
Scope
The software is being developed to help businesses manage equipment, customers, reservations, pickups, returns and related records. Availability of individual features depends on implementation.
Rental payments
Rental does not collect or process payments between rental businesses and their customers. Payments can be recorded manually for operational purposes.
Subscriptions
Monthly subscription plans and seven-day trials are proposed, not yet activated. No subscription payment is currently initiated by account registration.
Responsibility and security
Rental businesses remain responsible for their commercial contracts, customer data and legal obligations. Final security, availability, backup, retention and cancellation terms remain to be defined.
